We have received FDA clearance and the CE mark for our Class II and Class III medical devices.The pandemic has been a challenge AND a great learning opportunity and inspiration! We have mastered the use of Microsoft Teams (and Zoom) to enable us to be very productive in a completely remote environment. Over 9 years, I have transitioned from the main software architect and contributor to the senior director of a group (10) of highly talented software engineers and testers. I created a very effective phone screen and interview process to help us build our team.
