My influence is present across the broader organization with an emphasis in marketing, product, business strategy and partnerships.The main goal under this title is to find creative solutions that help the organization acquire more customers and retain existing ones. In other words, I am heavily focused on spearheading growth initiatives and driving improvements within the organization. As Head of Growth, it's also important to align the efforts of various departments and teams in a way that is conducive to achieving growth objectives. Ideas for initiatives to create growth can originate in virtually all functions in the organization, it's my duty to prioritize growth initiatives and pivotal product changes. The ability to take a step back and see the big picture allows me to develop tactics that take into account the objectives of all departments and teams. It also ensures that everyone is working together towards a common goal.

I focus my time at Decentral Games securing strategic partnerships across all verticals and manage their success for the betterment of the organization as well as assist in leading the companies marketing strategy. I also continue to provide creative optimizations and development to our products.

I provide creative guidance, innovative business strategies and strategic optimizations for the entirety of the organization. This role requires me to wear multiple hats and keep up with key departments such as Product, Marketing, and Business Relations. A more fitting descriptor of this title would have been Chief Strategist. My day-to-day tasks involve operational department oversight, ideating and executing marketing initiatives, as well as conceiving product enhancements. Additionally, I also speak publicly on behalf of the company both online and at conferences.
