Notable achievements:• Implemented new strategy for income generation which has increased current partnership revenue by $70k – effectively increasing profits from 3 of our biggest contracts.• Developed a new strategy for securing talent and revenue for TheTaiLife.com which has increased integrated marketing revenue opportunities, doubled website staff and talent, and positioned the company as a major partner for large mass media companies such as sheknows Media, Al Roker Entertainment, Inc., and the Huffington Post.

Notable achievements:• Selected by the Executive Director and Chief of Staff to oversee a new division responsible for strategic initiatives, research / evaluation, and digital marketing curation for a $24 million organization serving 17,000 1199SEIU members.• Created and implemented organizational wide review and analysis procedures for 7 various units / divisions and 150 external child care providers.• Directly oversaw and created education, workforce development, cultural arts, healthcare education, and sleep-away camp programs which serve over 1,600 children annually.• Received “Mentor Award” (May 2016) for progressive leadership and mentoring mid-career managers within the organization.

Chosen by the Provost, Urban Policy Department Chair, and course instructors to serve as a year-long teaching assistant for the Policy Analysis (FA’15) and Urban Policy Laboratory (SP’16) graduate courses. Attended classes to support the instructor, demonstrated use of equipment, proctored exams, collected / graded assignments, and tracked student participation / grades. Maintained office hours and met with students on request to review core concepts, provide feedback on assignments, and help students prepare for course exams. Notable achievements:• Created and led four classes each semester on intricate policy analysis concepts including, cost-benefit analysis, developing policy alternatives and evaluative criteria, as well as, excel training and public speaking, amongst others.• Supported four graduate student teams’ client-based fieldwork for clients such as the New York City Council, Hunger Free America, the New York City Administration for Children’s Services, and the Greyston Foundation / Bakery. Charged with discovering unique public funding sources the Community Food Funders and their grantees can pursue to help advance food system work with the New York City metropolitan area. Identified strategic paths that Community Food funders and their grantees can take to access those funds.Researched the inner workings of the local food system work and local foundations dedicated to food system work within our area.• Identified various unique public funding sources such as Nonprofit Hospitals’ Community Benefit Plans, Consolidated Funding Applications, Food and Nutrition Insecurity Grants, and NYC Green Infrastructure Grants.• Interviewed 14 various stakeholders in regards to public funding sources as well as the organizational development of local foundations.• Presented plan and actions steps to be taken by the Community Food Funders in oral briefing and an analytic report.

The WorkForce 2000 program (WF2) is a yearlong academic program designed to help 1199SEIU teenagers meet the challenges of high school, prepare for college and make informed career choices.• Coordinated program evaluation process including data collection, event analysis, program recommendations and preparing reports. • Trained and supervised 4 staff members including 1 assistant coordinator, 2 program assistants and the Pre-RN Specialist in designing and implementing learning based projects and experiences.• Developed and Sustained meaningful relations with WorkForce 2000 participants, parents, youth programs, internship site coordinators, and our academic partner New York University.• Screened, interviewed and supervise 22 temporary staff members for the WorkForce 2000 Weekend Retreat.• Created and executed phone blast scripts, voice over reminders, and social media outreach to 300+ students and parents.
