With over 10 years of experience in education and social impact, I am a passionate and results-oriented leader who leverages technology, data, and strategic planning to break down barriers and champion equity and operational excellence in education. I currently serve as the Senior Regional Director of Operations and Growth at KIPP NYC, a network of 15 public charter schools serving over 6,000 students in grades K-12.In this role, I oversee the regional operations, growth, and innovation strategy, ensuring alignment with the network's mission, vision, and goals.
