I lead Global and Cross Functional Teams by ensuring team composition matches the work ahead, and help translate the gap between tech and business needs to ensure scope and expectations are aligned.I work with a wide variety of technology and solutions, and use my experience to help clients make sound technical decisions.In my spare time I am often found racing around UK and international racetracks on my motorcycle.
