Michael brings a unique blend of business, legal, accounting and real estate skills to Habif Properties. For more than thirty years, he has been involved in all phases of commercial real estate ownership including acquisition analysis, financing, management and leasing. At Habif Properties, Michael directs the strategic and day to day activities of a diverse real estate portfolio while continuing to evaluate and invest in new real estate opportunities.

APD packaged and distributed automatic transmission parts used in the aftermarket repair of passenger cars and light trucks. The company distributed throughout the US and in 30 foreign countries from offices and warehouses located in Georgia, New York, North Carolina, Mississippi and Florida. In 2006, Michael oversaw the sale of APD to the private equity group, Linsalata Capital. APD became part of Transtar Industries which today operates as the world’s largest distributor of Automatic Transmission Parts with more than 70 locations.
