- Founded the company and developed all workflows and company assets for all business functions – Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, IT, Operations, Human Resource- Leading all business functions and generating IDR billions revenue since the company was founded- Establishing processes and strategic global supply chain partnerships that covers all shipment-related activities from around the world to Indonesia resulting in a wide variety of services to customers- Defining the company’s overall business strategies to improve profitability and spearheading the prioritised initiatives.

- Led Business Development with new clients in digital transformation opportunities e.g. IT strategy, Intelligent Automation, Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, blockchain- Oversaw internal Intelligent Automation capability development, resource planning and service offerings- Managed end-to-end digital transformation projects for clients in both private and public sectors

Managed end-to-end Intelligent Automation projects for clients in Health and Science, Telecomunication, and Banking companies in the Netherlands, Germany, and Spain such as:- established Intelligent Automation Centre of Excellence and led five global SCRUM teams with over 30 members from the Netherlands, India, Singapore and China to provide automation and digitalisation services to departments from various business units using RPA and low-code platform- led a team up to 10 automation developers from Latvia, Germany and Poland to automate more than 20 complex processes
