Staff physician for a network of four urgent care clinics affiliated with a large urban hospital organization from 2009 to 2012. Urgent care patient volume in excess of 1300 encounters per month. Member of the Operations Board, enjoying a close working relationship with the medical director to solve staffing problems and patient safety issues.Prior to transitioning to urgent care, served as a staff physician for the Department of Family Medicine. Worked at an outpatient setting in an urban neighborhood from 2007 to 2009, enjoying admitting privileges at the Columbia Medical campus and the St. Mary's Medical campus both in downtown Milwaukee.

Clinical staff and leadership position with the USAF in Aviano, Italy from 2003 to 2006. Career distinguished by monthly income generation of $100,000+ during the first years of new business metrics applied to the government sector, full admitting privileges at the local Italian hospital and NATO base hospital, commander of a 50 person emergency disaster/triage response team which interacted regularly with Italian health officials. Broader leadership experience included acting as sitting member of the Occupational Health Committee which ensured OSHA standards were met for all base personnel. Served as medical liaison with several Italian medical specialists and coordinated care of several critically ill patients.A short tour was served in the Pacific Theatre in Kunsan, South Korea as staff physician for a small base of 2000+ personnel. In addition to meeting all the medical needs of personnel, played a vital role in creating policies/procedures and logistical algorithms for the triage, stabilization and evacuation of severely ill or injured military personnel.

Successfully completed an intense three year program in Family Medicine, including multiple rotations in the ICU, Med floors, ER, OB/Gyn, pediatrics and pediatric oncology, ENT and dermatology to name a few. Resulted in Board Certification in Family Medicine as awarded by the American Association of Family Practioners (AAFP).
