Talent Acquisition Consultant V, Physician Recruiting
Current- Full cycle recruiter for Internal Medicine (Outpatient) Physicians
- Consult Service Line Leaders and Hiring Chiefs, facilitate recruitment process, and provide creative solutions to challenges presented
- Analyze nationwide recruitment trends to create and implement recruitment strategies, identify key challenges, and build pipeline
- Conduct market research analysis to implement strategies such as referral programs, social and candidate-centric recruitment
- Represent TPMG / KP at medical conferences, job fairs, workshops, and residency / fellowship visits to promote TPMG and recruit physicians
- Effective candidate pool management, sourcing (Profiles Database, LinkedIn, & Specialty Associations, etc.), and consistent maintenance of ATS (Taleo)
