Visiting our customers trying to impact the amount of tires lost via theft. Working with those customers to adequately protect their assets to ensure that my employer can maximize their profits, as well as ensuring that our customers are happy with their service. Looking at data and trends to identify theft patterns and locations where theft may be occurring. Working as part of a management group to make our site as productive and profitable as possible, through conference calls, meetings, and direct communication so that all aspects cumulatively work as one. Conducting driver and account surveillance to try and locate possible internal theft whether it be our employee or the employees of our accounts. Writing detailed and extensive reports to communicate to upper management what I am finding while out in the field. If theft is identities gathering evidence and communicating it to law enforcement so that prosecuting is successful. Being able to multitask as well as working on my own most days and maximizing my time so that I can produce results that adequately meet both mine and my company’s goals. Interviewing prospective employees for the faculty and training new employees who become part of the Liberty family.

Impacting shrink within the store setting: By catching shoplifters, researching shipping errors, and trying to identify internal theft issues. Promoting a safe work environment by educating teammates on proper safety techniques, identifying safety issues, and being proactive when it comes to fixing them. Researching LP Apps which identifies anomalies within the POS system that may lead to internal theft issues whether it be money or merchandise. Filing paperwork, doing monthly audits, and retaining the proper paperwork. Training other LP teammates how to do the administrative side of the job, as well as getting them detention certified, and also training teammates on proper OSHA safety techniques. Monitoring cameras, while trying to identify shoplifters and apprehend them. Weekly status reports with the store manager. Making schedules for myself and my employees while also interviewing and filling open positions in LP dept. at my store.
