Led a team of 30 military and civilian testers in the training, preparation, and execution of operational testing programs in support of Naval Rotary Wing Aviation. Conducted testing on the various Navy helicopters and sensors, simulators, and supporting equipment. Responsible for an annual budget of $5M.
