Responsible for detailed project feasibility study which included very detailed 20 year plans with full financials broken down to hectare and labor units. On project startup I was responsible for setting up all accounting and financial systems for the projects. Included networked computers, field systems, capital works program systems and controls, detailed monthly reporting and annual budget preparation.

Responsible for computerization of the financial and management information systems in the Zimbabwe business and also provided IT support to Zambia and Malawi. We had a network of PC’s and used Omicron software.
