They say if you keep moving you’ll never get old, so I’ve made it a point to keep myself on top or ahead of the industries most near and dear to me: Technology & Payments. With over 20 years direct experience in technology I know that changes to the industry happen at a moment’s notice and suddenly nothing is the same again; so I’ve made myself invaluable throughout my career as a senior developer, technical lead, architect, software development manager, and even the CTO of a fresh new start-up by carefully keeping track of emerging trends and capitalizing on them. Since 2009, I have been making my mark on the electronic payments space; the dynamic, challenging nature of the industry appealed to me as it gave me something new to look forward to every day. With JORY, I have merged my technology and payments experience to bring a product to market like none before that businesses want to use and ISO's want to represent and sell the brand. When I’m not actively developing new software or managing customers and accounts, I spend my time researching and collaborating with as diverse a group of people as I can find. It keeps me fresh, and I feel it is absolutely necessary to gather as many viewpoints and perspectives as possible to truly understand not just where we’ve been, but where we’re going in any industry. After all, if you don’t know where you’re going, you’ll never figure out how to get there (or how much the trip will cost).
