Design and implement new processes and procedures to be utilized by the software platform responsible for running the laboratory with the goal of increasing technician efficiency, reducing rework, and providing better information to internal resources and clients. Provide detailed reports and analysis on company and client devices for lab management. Manage vendor relationship with outsourced IT services and lab management software vendor. Assist in ISO 17025 lab accreditation process.

Manage relationship and tasks with external development team to balance the needs of the business and the development budget. Developed programs and processes to drive operational efficiencies with internal Certificate Team for certificate of insurance processing and customer/client support requests. Assist in client implementations which include interaction with client personnel to gather the necessary data to launch a client successfully.

Support business and client support goals through analytics, reporting, data processing and custom development through the use of Excel, MySQL databases and python scripting language. Reports developed were delivered to Major League Baseball Franchises and US Talent Agencies. Presented client engagement results to Digonex shareholders during shareholder open-house which garnered investment inquiries.

Direct the efforts of the software development and the pricing solution development teams to meet business and client goals. This direction spanned several revisions of the DigitalOnlineExchange (DOE) pricing platform and first version of the Sports & Entertainment Analytical Ticketing System (SEATS) pricing platforms as well as pricing solutions to service those platforms. Duties include data analysis, requirements gathering, product management, project management, client technical communication management and other responsibilities.

Worked with internal developers and consultant developers in a large team environment to develop the Nabit desktop eBay application to enable eBay users to manage their watch list and make bids on auctions. Co- developed a Java-based web site called PriceCoaster to help eBay users price their auctions better. Transferred to DOE project and assisted in the design and development of a testing suite that made the testing process for the pricing platform significantly more efficient. While on the DOE team, I was mostly responsible for the web services portion and pieces of the project that interacted with that section of code.

Maintained a hardware testing tool written in MFC for 3 years to include new hardware and assisted in debugging hardware issues with members from the Hardware Development group. Developed test plans and automated them using WinRunner software testing framework for the Xgig Software family of products. Other responsibilities included exploration testing of Xgig software and assisting the build manager with installation packages.
