Report to owner and investors. Work closely with general contractor and design team to drive schedule, identify value engineering opportunities and maintain budget. Sonesta Hotel conversion and renovation program, 53 hotels from 2011 through 2018 - Owner representative managing the acquisition, conversion and renovation of entire portfolio's or individual hotels. Reported directly to president of HPT and Sonesta Hotels. Headed the design development of the Sonesta ES brand from inception. Assisted in the value engineering and maintenance of the brand standards while acquisitions were made and renovations completed. Responsible for the defining of scope, establishing budgets, assignment of project teams inclusive of PM's, architects, designers, exterior consultants and procurement. Oversaw all work and reported back to both president's on project developments. Overall portfolio exceeded $400,000,000.Provide estimating services to multiple clients associated with renovation of hotels and restaurants.
