Overseeing the talent team, talent relationships & services, content development, and branded activations, Michael executed over 150 deals at Reach Agency, named by Ad Age as Small Agency of the Year in 2016, working with clients such as Nestle, Hallmark, Panda Express, Clorox and more.Michael previously shaped Quest Nutrition’s influencer marketing strategy to be one of the most revered in the space, helping Quest to be named the 2nd Fastest Growing Company in North America in 2014 by INC Magazine. Michael began his career at the multi-channel network, Fullscreen. He was one of the first to leverage YouTube best practices to identify and develop new-media stars. Joining Fullscreen in its infancy, Michael established the male lifestyle network featuring over 1,000 creators. Michael attended Syracuse University for filmmaking, and is Google certified in digital rights and audience development.
