Naturely was a startup in the CPG/D2C space. As a Co-founder and Product Lead, it was my role to help lead the teams product and tech strategy and help grow and support the initial team. Blackshield was a startup that made it simple to bring D2C brands to market by leveraging a common platform. As the Product and Tech lead for Blackshield Group, I helped create the technical and go-to-market strategy for the platforms launch and onboarding and launch of new brands.This included multiple CPG SaaS products encompassing payment technologies, merchant integrations, analytics reporting, backend data systems, and integrations with CRMs.

61 Offers was a startup in the CPG/D2C space that launched multiple new brands. I was a part of a team of multiple Product Managers that brought these brands to market, were responsible for their P&L, and growth.This role required heavy data analysis skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners.

Adanote started in the Accelerated Ventures program at Baylor University with a budget of $5000. It launched in September 2013 and grew to be the largest online study tool at Baylor by the end of the year. Using the premise of collaboration between students, Adanote fostered an integrated study environment which helped students work together rather than compete for higher grades.

My parents used to own a Nursing Home in Georgetown, Texas. In my early college years, they needed new Nurse Aids but could not find qualified candidates and did not have time to train unlicensed applicants. So, we setup a training program for people to get their LVN license on the weekends which then fed them into local Nursing Homes for new jobs.
