It's where I discovered how to flourish under duress and make important decisions in times most relevant. But burnout eventually caught me after years of running at full tilt; I realized I needed a change. I entered the field of Change Management at that point, facing fresh difficulties, advising startups, and guiding companies through change.Still, something was lacking even in that fresh path. Things really clicked only once I went on a trip to Africa. Surrounded by the expanse and wild beauty of nature, I recovered a clarity and connection I had not noticed I had lost. That was the realization that real resilience comes from reestablishing connection with what really grounds us rather than from striving harder.Since then, I have committed myself to enable others to discover that same connectivity. Through breathwork, HRV coaching, or just taking people back to nature, I'm here to help individuals and groups regain their balance and inner power. I consider myself as a Sherpa, guiding others across their own mountains, over obstacles, and into fresh viewpoints.This road is about the great connection we have to ourselves, to each other, and to the surroundings, not only about leadership or personal development. True resilience resides there.This experience inspired a new direction: helping others reconnect with themselves, each other, and the natural world. Now, I combine my passion for leadership, mental health, and personal development through coaching that draws on nature’s lessons. Whether through Breathwork, HRV Coaching, or as a certified Coach (ICF), I guide individuals and organizations toward resilience, clarity, and balance.Much like a Sherpa, I see myself as someone who helps others climb their own mountains—helping them navigate the challenges of life and leadership with focus, courage, and heart. My work is rooted in the belief that nature, when combined with science and self-awareness, can lead to a profound transformation.
