International business development and partnering

(A provider of productivity solutions for the heavy machinery industry with $15m in annual revenue and 85 staff members.)Led the development of global OEM business and sales. Ensured revenue growth and increased profit performance of OEM and related dealer networks businesses. Charged with all planning and negotiation of agreements. Led the implementation of product development strategies and supply and sales agreements with major multinational companies. Spearheaded joint product development, rollout, and sales with major multinational and Fortune 500 customers.Generated new revenue more than $500K in first year by securing customer product cooperation agreements with key multinational customers.

Contracted to transform operations and increase bottom-line while providing leadership of more than 100 staff members.-- Led the turnaround of underperforming operations and increase performance by restructuring and motivating staff, revamping management processes, establishing KPI’s and performance reviews, and creating customer sales incentive programs.

Contracted to fix and oversee outsourced global manufacturing, operations, marketing, and sales, while directing a cross-functional staff of 40 and sales staff of 250. Developed plans to enhance all operations. Implemented S&OP process and demand forecasting to revamp back office processes and operational practices. Streamlined regional cross-operational supply structuring and reformed anti-counterfeit efforts locally and within the region. -- Realized a 30% reduction of inventory and operational cost 10% through strategic transportation improvements, outsourcing, and improving domestic and foreign supplier interdependencies. -- Boosted gross sales 15% and streamlined sales teams, resulting in achieving all record monthly and yearly sales. -- Developed improved sales training and measurement for more than 200 staff members.-- Revamped anti-counterfeit efforts locally and within region in effort to resolve counterfeit apparel production and sales.

2000-03: Directed operations and corporate governance and P&L management of 14 overseas manufacturing joint ventures (including China, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Russia, South Africa, Tunisia, and Egypt). Created new strategies for expansion and diversification of sales and manufacturing, which included all aspects of divestitures and mergers and acquisitions. Established, negotiated, and developed partnerships in 20 countries. • Transferred ownership of 11 existing ventures with annual sales of up to $10M , resulting in enhanced operations and increased profits1992 – 2000: Recruited to transform organization to achieving high performance levels and increase sales and market share. Provide Tokyo-base sales and engineering representative office with 55 staff members. Restructured distribution networks and provided value-added manufacturing in effort to streamline operations. Charged with all operations, process improvement, and staff motivation. Boosted market share from 4% to 21% and annual sales from $19M to $172M by developing cross-cultural business.Led the expansion and diversification of sales and product development through the enhancement of overseas liaison and cooperation.
