I am an experienced global design leader, thinker and doer and love to build, inspire and work with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams. I am constantly exploring the future, prototyping and making ideas tangible as well as leading fast, iterative innovation processes. The future of work, mobility and collaboration are not just topics at work but the context for our explorations. My experience is broad, cross-functional throughout the whole product development cycle and I have a proven track record of successful design leadership across industries and geographies, including but not limited to people research, trend/market/data analysis, value proposition and business plan creation, product/interaction/communication and user experience design. I believe the key challenge for design today is not to tackle known opportunities for growth but to be curious, remain open and to accept responsibility for our work.
