CurrentProvide technical expertise and project integration management support to implement process improvement solutions on corporate project management information systems (PMIS). Develop enterprise-level process maps to define levels of responsibility for departmental objectives, while ensuring compliance with the company’s mission statement. Assist in the development of a company’s business model by providing business analyses support services. Currently serving as Chief Technical Editor/Writer of an Agile based project management guide. • Increased process flow efficiencies as well as reduced risk through the utilization of project management tools, techniques, and methodologies, defined by PMI, while providing guidance/support to cross-functional teams.• Enhanced operational efficiency along with minimized potential risk by identifying bottlenecks, redundancies across disparate IT systems, and sharing information in a manner that aligns with PMI’s PMBOK Guide 6th ed.• Developed a “hPMP” project management tool that incorporates PMI and Agile compliant project management methodologies for several industry types (e.g. medical, construction, information technology, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and communications, while providing the following benefits: Designed user-friendly interface for end-user with a single access point that includes hyperlinks to alignment documents in project directory files that contain a master list of all inputs and outputs documents for the purpose of ensuring traceability, configuration management, and data integrity of project documents. Delivered a comprehensive single-source guide for implementing project management methodologies as defined by PMI’s PMBOK Guide, 6th edition and Agile Practice Guide. This tool provides a definitive reference for the end-users with simple and detailed project management guidance as defined by PMI and Agile Standards.
