Scope of Services: Created Executive Summaries, Business Plan Analysis, Project plans, Scope, Cost, Quality, Resource, Risk, Quality, Procurement, and Supply chain management plans to meet or exceed the strict guidelines as set-forth by the USDA, LA Farming Assistance Grant Programs. Due to my efforts, “Back Forty Farms”, LA was awarded several grants earmarked for Stress Relief to dairy farmers.• Crafted project documentation for Dairy farmers based in Louisiana (“Back Forty” Farms Inc.) to meet strict USDA requirements for obtaining USDA Grants. Managed another start-up business; S-RIMS USA, Inc., • Drafted all necessary business proposals, investor executive summary business analysis, product feature set specifications, along with drafting the required project management plan documents required for product launch. Managed the supply chain management specifications and audit services to qualify turn-key suppliers. Served as IT project manager liaison for Design, Process, Test, and Manufacturing Engineering Teams. Developed and administered a Project Tracking System (PTS) database application to serve as a mission critical data source for tracking and managing all SST devices at every stage of product development. Implemented an automated online approval application to manage the Engineering Change Control (ECN) and mask generation processes across multiple foundry locations for the entire company. Partnered with Design Technology Services and all Business Units to monitor and improve design and process controls for all platform and derivative products. Served as communications liaison between C-level Executives, Design, Technology, Process, Operations, Key-Stakeholder, and Marketing teams during all phases of product development. • Led the successful ISO registration of Design, Process, and Technology teams the first time through.• Authored and implemented two key specifications that served as the corporate standard for tracking and reporting project status on platform (new) and derivative (pre-existing) products during all stages of product development.
