I help product teams build what people want and fix what isn't working. At present, I'm leading a user research-driven product consulting project with Spectrohm (spectrohm.com) while exploring opportunities across industries to determine my next full-time focus.

Led a team of engineers as Product Manager and Scrum Master, overseeing end-to-end development of a legacy media storage platform. Implemented user research programs, in-product feedback mechanisms, and collaborated with design and support teams to prioritize and resolve user issues. Drove improvements in platform analytics, identifying growth opportunities and optimizing the user experience.

I took a break from full-time employment to work on my own projects - a real estate investment, 2 small business concepts, and a documentary.

Owned roadmap and led a team of 8 engineers with a designer and engineering manager counterpart to launch and improve Adobe's emerging video products, including Premiere Rush (Desktop and Mobile). My role included conducting competitive research, user research, implementing and analyzing product usage analytics, writing feature specs, leading design sprints, and working with engineering and design on a daily basis to build and improve Adobe's video editing apps.
