HCM was spun off from MF Global Inc; founded institutional executive sales trading team of nine, developing and marketing our proprietary alternative investment platform and institutional global correspondence trading services to public pension plans, endowments, foundations, registered investment advisors (RIA) and broker-dealers.

Recruited, trained and led West Coast Division investment sales trading and operations executive team for MF Global Inc., then the largest futures brokerage in the world, growing business organically by using my P&L management, organizational, sales and leadership skills, developing more than 350 global institutional relationships, resulting in more than twenty new institutional clients in less than 1 year.

Established new Introducing Broker (IB) Division relying on my sales, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills; resulted with growing division into 120+ new Introducing Broker (IB) offices and Branch Office relationships with over 300 brokers globally including AIG Financial Advisors, SunAmerica and SunTrust Bank.

Pioneered a new online brokerage business model and trade execution software using my strategic planning skills, knowledge of the online brokerage space and communication with investors to determine shortfalls necessary to identify opportunities; resulted in a multi-million dollar trading boutique in the first 18 months of operation.
