My focus is on the Dutch investment activities of CBRE Global Investors, totalling approximately EUR 6 Bn of assets under management in offices, retail, residential and logistics. My role includes executing strategic market, portfolio and benchmark analysis – both quantitative and qualitative – and to translate this into return forecasts of property markets across all asset classes and investment policies for the various Dutch investment programmes managed by CBRE Global Investors NL.
