Led a cross-portfolio MITRE team in analysis of multi-domain operations impact the DoD's test and evaluation infrastructure. Provided actionable recommendations around data, modelling and simulation and the employment of AI agents.

Instructed joint, DoD civilian, interagency and international students in the areas of leadership, industry studies and acquisition and innovation. The Eisenhower School prepares senior military officers, government civilians, and selected representatives from the private sector and international officers for the national security challenges of the 21st century. The goal is to leverage technological advances, integrate new strategic and operational concepts, identify and adapt to evolving global developments, and channel the vitality and innovation of the Services, the interagency, and allies to achieve a more seamless, coherent effect when confronting new national security challenges and the battlefields of the future.

Led 200+ member Combat Operations Division. The Combat Operations Division (COD) executes and monitors each day’s Air Tasking Order (ATO). Members of the COD coordinate with tasked wing operations centers, air support operations centers and other theater and national air control systems to achieve air and space operations. The COD is also the focal point for monitoring the real-time execution of joint and combined air operations across the entire USCENTCOM AOR. Combat Operations adjusts the ATO in response to changing situations such as battlefield dynamics, maintenance problems or adverse weather.

Executive Officer. AF/TE is responsible for the overall supervision of all matters pertaining to Air Force T&E policy, determining the adequacy of T&E resources required to support weapon system development, and resolving developmental and operational test programmatic issues. The AF/TE provides guidance, direction, and oversight for all matters pertaining to the formulation, review, and execution of T&E plans, policies, programs, and budgets.

Led 100+ squadron personnel. 605 TES is the command and control and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance test manager (C2ISR) for the US Air Force Warfare Center and Air Combat Command. The 605 TES is responsible for conducting operational test (OT) and tactics development and evaluation on C2ISR collection, processing, and exploitation systems, as well as managing and providing resources to support OT, developmental testing, and various major command and joint special projects. The unit also supports C2 weapon systems development and modernization.
