As Forensic Building Consultant’s Technical Design Manager, I bring a wide-ranging Architectural background with extensive primary role experience in all levels of Contract Documentation and Project Manual production to find, address, and create solutions on a multitude of projects. I am a CSI – CDT certified and LEED Accredited Professional who has practical knowledge of Commercial, Retail, Educational, Single and Multi-Family Residential, Ecumenical, Institutional and Public project types. My job involvement has also included client relations, entitlement services, and marketing and proposals. I have had direct involvement in two sustainable projects; a LEED Silver Middle School in Corvallis, OR., and a LEED Certified retail center in Medford, OR. In addition to my Technical Services role as part of Forensic’s BEC Team I am also a primary resource for vital 3D visualizations in Sketch-Up and color renderings.I demonstrate a detail-oriented approach to my work and am highly organized in addition to possessing professional oral and written communication skills. I pride myself on the ability to be a self-manager and work individually and a self-starter who is easily integrated into a team-oriented atmosphere. I bring a confidence and an aptitude to multi-task, delegate assignments, and manage varied projects simultaneously in the always challenging and fast-paced Architectural industry.
