• Technical lead on project to replace all pilot paper manuals with tablets• Designed and configured image, automated MDM enrollment, and created technician work-flow for hardware deployment to replace airline pilot paper manuals with 8,000 Windows 10 LTE tablets that resulted in an annual cost savings of $500,000 for two airlines (SkyWest and ExpressJet)• Build, deploy, and manage Windows servers (physical and virtual) on nation-wide, single domain• Work with Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange to administer AD accounts and Exchange email for an org of 20,000+• Manage Windows Updates via SCCM and WSUS to automate Windows Updates for workstations and QA/Infrastructure servers• Work with system engineering team on projects of my own design to simplify and/or automate repetitive tasks with Powershell and Task Scheduler
