Current* Train Associates in all areas of the store from the first days on the job, to managing the stores at the highest level.* Customer Service & Satisfaction, direct contact for areas of opportunity that arise during any shift for customers.* Associate/Manager Relations, Retention and Engagement, coaching, and discipline.* Complaint/Compliment tracking for stores, identifying areas of opportunity, and how we can make changes to operations to ensure better customer satisfaction.* Ordering and Inventory Management through tracking and business trends.* Developing new operation standards and systems to ensure an efficient, clean and safe work environment.
