As a passionate and endlessly curious professional with a proven track record in product development, user experience, and biomedical engineering, I prioritize leading teams with a focus on human-centered research to deliver high value and impact to organizations, their customers, and ultimately the consumers/end-users/patients. My career is enabled by a background as a leader in global project management, UX consulting, qualitative and quantitative research, human factors and ergonomics, and physiological data collection with the goal of developing products that improve people's lives. I am deeply analytical and contextual, and use these strengths to investigate, diagnose, and identify patterns which result in data-driven, valuable, and well thought out insights to drive strategy and decision making.I began my career as a clinical biomedical engineer, before moving to a research and development position, followed by gaining my first senior position as a Senior Biomechanics and Human Factors Engineer at Life Fitness. In this role I gained significant experience influencing global product design in new product development efforts. Through this success, I became a Senior UX leader in Whirlpool's Global Consumer Design organization, wherein I led user-experience operations to design attractive and desirable consumer products. I became Research Director and then Research Operations Director at Ipsos with a focus on User Experience and Human Factors, wherein I continued my lifelong career of creating products to help improve peoples lives.
