I've been passionate about building businesses since when I started my first as a teenager, spending the last 24 years building and running yacht operations in various countries as well as a marketing and sales firm. Since then, my focus has shifted entirely to solving operational puzzles and driving space sector projects forward by building a team of engineers and innovators. However cliche and boardroom-jargon based, I do believe in a team-first, goal-oriented management style that's all about vision and execution. My focus is on creating a strong culture within our startup here at M42 where everyone feels empowered and communicates effectively to reach not only our goals, but our individual goals of contribution to the mission.
