During my current position as the Manager of Hosted Operations, I oversee a talented team responsible for building and architecting a configuration management system for the organization. I train and mentor multiple applications, DevOps, public cloud, and other methodologies and technologies throughout multiple development teams. I utilize my strong management skills to drive comprehensive migration of all systems from data center operations to the cloud including 2800 sites through multiple lines of business. I also author, edit, and implement build process documentation to better support a multi-cloud deployment. During my time as a Senior System Administrator, I served as primary network and server administration for multiple high profile North American sites regarding mining and construction of machinery and parts with several hundred users and seven smaller sites. I also complied with ITAR regulations to better secure military and government-controlled information from both internal and external threats including control of user access to specific information as needed. My strong organizational skills allowed me to implement internal exchange server installation to better support multiple sites including features such as securing email to military standards including a Barracuda spam filter, and web and mobile access. I also drove comprehensive disaster recovery planning to ensure zero data loss during business operations and designed a domain structure to integrate a new acquisition into the domain to support the organization as well as other domestic and global foundries.
