Leading a small team of amazing, passionate and forward-thinking EO Trainer peers, the project team nimbly revamped and recreated Forum Training in just 30 days to pivot to 100% of FTP trainings virtually without a loss in member value and then went on 30 days later to deliver 100% of MTP trainings virtually.Ultimately this accomplished resulted in new members being Forum trained and placed in record time.
