My role as Senior Partner is similar to that of Regional Director however the geographic limitations have been removed and several other qualifications have been added to TEEMA’s new “Partner Program”. Since becoming Senior Partner, I have continued to grow my TEEM in both BC as well as the US. I currently support 40 members that are located in both Canada and the United States. I have won “Partner of the Year” in 2016 (first year the award was introduced), 2017, 2018 and 2019.In addition to my duties as Senior Partner, I continued to run my desk as a Client Manager until the end of 2019. I have qualified for President’s Club every year since it was introduced in 2013. I have won “Top Sales Performer” awards in 2013 and 2016 - the coveted "Orange Jacket".

My role at TEEMA as Client Manager is primarily sales focused, building relationships with hiring managers, executives and human resources professionals. My daily tasks revolve around working with my recruitment TEEM to match candidates with job orders and ensure customer satisfaction. My business is made up of both contract and permanent placements and I work with a mix of large corporate clients, government, mid-sized and small software shops. I focus on the IT/Software industry.

My role as Regional Director for BC is to manage and grow the BC TEEM (24 members at the end of 2014) as well as run my own desk. Since taking on the role of RD, I have met my mandates of hiring new members and growing top line revenue as well as bottom line profit for BC.
