Michael is an experienced succession and property lawyer and has served the Western Australian community as a legal practitioner for over 27 years at Curae Law. Michael has represented clients, both in and out of court, in matters spanning property, family, wills and estates law.Michael led the firm’s transition to a NewLaw model in 2011, which included establishing the successful brands Flat Rate Settlements, Perth Probate Centre, Perth Wills Centre, Get Paid Debt Collection (and previously Resolution Family Law). These brands disrupted the legal services market in Western Australia and they continue to solve everyday legal problems by offering practical solutions, advertised fixed prices and innovative service delivery.Michael believes that building a strong and vibrant culture is the cornerstone to building a strong law firm.
