I am retiring from dbHMS on 5/23/2024, it has been a wonderful place to work and I loved my job, but it's just time to be done. From here forward I will no longer be working except for working to be a better spouse, father, and grandfather and have more time to devote to them. Thanks to all of my co-workers over the years, the relationships and camaraderie everywhere I have worked have been wonderful! I have made so many life-long friends there are too many to count or try to mention. My career has been an amazing journey thanks to all the people I've had the privilege to know and work with, I wouldn't change a thing. Coordinates the completion of maintenance work through the supervision of area supervisors. Determines personnel, supply, material and equipment requirements and when to hire contractors to complete work. Directs a preventive maintenance program of scheduled inspections and repair of electrical, mechanical equipment and other systems to ensure proper operation.

Manages review of the design documentation, trade specific inspections and performance testing both during construction and in the post-construction acceptance phase; and coordinates participation in training requirements and demonstrations.
