In 2002 my partners and I launched Keller Williams Tacoma, the first Keller Williams Market Center in the South Sound region. This was a new model - a new paradigm to the real estate industry at the time and we were excited to be on the cutting edge of what has been voted the "Most Innovative Real Estate Company" by Inman News and won numerous awards in many categories. The agent-driven Keller Williams Realty model brought more to the table than any other company - both for the consumer as well as the brokers. Our objective to bring this new but common-sense business model to the local market was exciting and very rewarding. We grew our Tacoma Keller Williams Realty Market Center starting with 13 humble and eager agents and today is home to nearly 250 real estate sales and marketing professionals consulting and directing property investment transactions in all areas of real estate.
