Michael Holder has 30+ years of diverse business experience having held 8 board, 4 CEO, 2 PE/venture capital executive, and 5 CFO positions for both public and private companies in the biotech, medtech, pharma, wellness and health tech industries. Mr. Holder’s areas of expertise include corporate strategy, fundraising, business development, M&A, corporate governance, sales & earnings improvement, regulatory, reimbursement, and infrastructure development in public companies on the NASDAQ, ASX, and TSX as well as high growth investor backed private companies. Mr. Holder’s experience includes leadership of a $250M private investment company; leadership, P&L and sales responsibility for a $325M med tech and IT solution hospital supply company; as well as completion of $2.5B+ in M&A transactions, nearly $2B in equity & debt capital transactions including two IPOs, a reverse merger public offering, and 3 corporate exits including a $225M sale as Chairman/CEO.Mr. Holder is currently the CEO of Sensable Health a wellness program that incorporates biology, machine learning, and artificial intelligence into a program to achieve weight loss and healthspan improvement. Mr. Holder is also a board member and Audit Committee Chair of Cytek Biosciences Inc. (NASDAQ:CKTB), a leading cell analysis solutions company; and board director of Keyron Inc., a London, based early-stage medical device company. Mr. Holder is also a Principal in Gloria Consulting Partners LLC, an executive management, business strategy and development, and M&A consulting company.Mr. Holder previously served as CEO of Longevita Bio Pharma Partners, LLC, an advisory firm providing services to global life science and medical device companies. Prior to that, Mr. Holder was CEO and Portfolio Manager of Carolina Longevity Institute, Inc. (CLI), a $250M private investment fund. At CLI, Mr. Holder was responsible for transacting investments and advising portfolio companies in the biotech, health and wellness, and med tech industries. At Organ Transport Systems, Inc., a medical device and biologic company, Mr. Holder was Executive Chairman/CEO and led the recruitment of an industry leading board and completed 4 rounds of fundraising and a Company sale. At Cyphre, Inc. a healthcare cybersecurity company, Mr. Holder assumed a board leadership role in its sale to RigNet Inc. (NASDAQ:RNET). Mr. Holder holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School, a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina (subsequently serving on the Board of Visitors) and previously obtained his CPA.
