Life is short. I want to make the most of it whilst I'm here. There are many important things in life, a job being one of them, but I don't consider journalism just a job, it's a passion for me, therefore I will always give my absolute best.I thrive and enjoy the fast paced newsroom environment, working with faultless ethics.Driven, determined, enthusiastic are a few word I'd use to describe myself as a journalist. I pride myself on professionalism, and treat every story with the same level of passion, attention and detail, whether it be local, regional, national or world news.I'm more than happy to work off my own initiative. I began blogging and writing articles on various topics which has allowed me to develop excellent skills to work on my own, staying committed and focused to the task at hand.My time at Sixth form, University and freelancing has allowed me to work as part of a team. I'm a very energetic person with an extremely positive outlook, therefore can motivate others. I'll work capably and comfortably on my own projects as well as be able to help others.I'm an outside the box thinker with a can do attitude. Full of ideas with a creative imagination.I'm experienced with numerous programmes such as Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Adobe Audition and more. Excellent knowledge of all major social media sites including Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.I have a keen eye for a variety of stories. My attention to detail is great and I often go the extra mile to make sure my work is done to the absolute best of my ability.My aim? I want to be as successful as possible within media. Whatever position or role I'm in, I will get the job done and make it work, and enjoy doing so.
