Growing as a person together with Evolabel is the greatest experience of my ongoing career!Starting as a mechanical engineer for a speciality project. It was the early days of establishing Evolabel on the Swedish market. It quickly resulted in a key role in the R&D team for our core products. Learning every aspect of our business and what makes our company successful, my engagement with every aspect of this company and its employees grew strong.As the company grew, different needs and possibilities emerged: Improving our design workflows and implementing a PDM system for our CAD data was one; developing the structure and content of our technical documentation together with the customer manuals and product declarations was another. With my engagement in keeping "order" and well-organized structures, it became natural for me to keep track of most internal and external projects, leading into my role as managing and overseeing our development projects. The current challenge, collecting all my experience, is implementing PLM at Evolabel with the role of our Configuration and Release manager.That said, the journey goes on with new challenges and possibilities, pushing this company into the future!Personal hobbies: Family and friends, Running, Kite surfing, Mountain biking, Home doer / DIY.
