I support the modernization of the AWACS aircraft to the Block 40/45 baseline in regards to test and evaluation, SOW development, and IA implications. I also support the integration of other systems including NGIFF, IPEC, and DRAGON into the main 40/45 system.

I am an engineer that specialized in both Field and Systems Engineering relating to design development, transition to production, installation, system implementation, and acceptance. Most of my work related to contracting and design verification, allowing for accurate and quality products for our customers.Supported multiple installations as both Transition to Production (T2P) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead. My responsibilities included life cycle management, troubleshooting, coordination between customers and subcontractors, budget and schedule management, and overall project support. I was responsible for T2P and installation related tasks for three projects, while also an IPT lead for two projects. The total value of projects under my responsibility is >$5 million. I completed my Masters in Systems Engineering from Penn State University in August 2013 via the World Campus (while working full-time).

My primary function was working with the M88A1-A2 HERCULES. During this time, I was able to crawl around and inside the vehicle, allowing me to have a greater understanding to support R&D. I was involved in performing calculations associated with shock absorbers on the 80 ton HERCULES. I also supported production and development within the R&D group.

I supervised the staff and assign tasks to individuals to allow the café to run smoothly. Tasks include assigning personnel to appropriate tasks, working with customers and management, and cafe streamlining.

I worked with day to day operation of a 2 ton centrifuge including preparing to run experiments, assisting the research engineers, and other research preparation. I worked with accelerometers, strain gauges, and pore pressure sensors. I was also team leader in charge of creating a liquefaction experiment for elementary school students.
