My passion to serve led to over a decade assisting senior elected officials at state and federal level build and manage their teams, establish their brand, develop their priorities, and implement strategic and public policy objectives. My policy focus has been on the interplay between energy, technology, and national security. However, I maintain a diverse background having lead on policy in trade, health care, science and technology, transportation, natural resources, and many more.I have successfully delivered on key issues including securing bipartisan support on provisions to strengthen national security through the National Defense Authorization Act; supporting passage of the 2018 Farm Bill; support lifting the decades old crude oil export ban; co-creating the bipartisan Congressional Carbon Dioxide and Enhanced Oil Recovery Caucus; passing an expansion of the carbon capture tax credit update; ensuring US energy is at the forefront of American diplomacy; and helping teams manage through crisis. Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, I currently reside in Washington, DC with my wife and son. We can often be found hiking through the National Parks, fly fishing the rivers, or planning our next big adventure.
