Responsible for the strategy and execution of all day to day marketing initiatives for Crane Credit Union and its 14 retail branch locations as well as Crane Investment and Trust Services.

Lead the marketing department and manage the day-to-day strategic marketing initiatives for Ameriana’s banking centers, subsidiaries, and lines of business.Managed the development and execution of corporate campaigns. Spearheaded Ameriana’s social media growth strategy.Created and implemented strategies and action plans for special event marketing, sponsorships, and grand opening activities. Developed strategic public relations plans to enhance the image, visibility and credibility of Ameriana’s banking centers and lines of business. Responded to requests for information from the media or designate the appropriate spokesperson or information source. Established and maintained cooperative relationships with representatives of the community, media, and other public interest groups.Managed the planning and budgeting process coinciding with the development of an annual public relations plan and calendar. Managed the public relations budget, review invoices, and work with Accounting to report expenses of a monthly and annual basis. Oversaw management of the marketing budget, review invoices, and work with the Accounting Department in collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator to report expenses monthly and annually. Assisted the Chief Banking Officer (CBO) in conducting market and public opinion research. Oversaw the production of collateral materials, including brochures and other printed pieces with the Marketing Coordinator. Managed the creation and/or production of all point of sale materials. Created, scheduled, and broadcast customer advertising on digital merchandising displays. Coordinated the production of direct mail campaigns, including the mailing list, direct mail pieces and shipping as it relates to the Bank’s corporate projects.

Management of the Credit Union's Key Projects Action Plan. Worked with other staff members and departments to ensure projects were completed on time and under budget.Responsible for completing marketing research reports to calculate incentives for approximately 75 staff members. Introduced Simon Sinek's WHY-HOW-WHAT Golden Circle to all Credit Union staff members. This strategy was used by Human Resources to help staff better understand the vision of the organization and examine their own department's contribution to the overall strategic goals of the company. Developed a series of seminars to teach management and staff basic project management skills.

Lead the Credit Union's rebranding effort in 2012 which lead to the organization winning multiple Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Marketing and Business Development Council Diamond Awards, as first for the Credit Union.Served as the Credit Union's leader for website content creation, maintenance, and development. Interface between the marketing department and IS team for all consumer facing electronic service offerings including online banking, online bill pay, a personal finance management software program, and an online knowledge base.Lead the Financial Center team as part of a larger effort with Indiana's credit unions on the Barefoot Walk in the Park event to benefit Samaritan's Feet in 2011 and 2012. The walk helped raise over $35,000 for the charity. Served on the executive committee with two Indiana credit union CEOs to organize the 2012 event.Organized the Credit Union's member appreciation event with the Indianapolis Indians for several years. This included organizing tickets and hospitality for approximately 2,000 members, volunteers, and staff.Responsible for the creation and daily communications through the Credit Union's social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Linkedin. Contacted by the National Association of Federal Credit Unions (NAFCU) for my expertise and industry wide leadership in this area.
