As a Lead UX Designer and committee leader in our Center for Excellence, I am truly passionate about the art of design and how it shapes user experiences. I love creating designs that not only meet business goals but also connect with users on a personal level.With a solid background in brand strategy and visual design, I strive to weave these elements into every aspect of the user experience. I enjoy leading collaborative workshops that spark creativity and inspire innovative solutions, fostering a vibrant culture of teamwork and imagination. Over the past year, I have helped our community learn new skills with Figma by hosting weekly Figma Fridays. These sessions bring us together to learn, share knowledge, and inspire one another.My specialties include Design Thinking, creative direction, and evolving vision into product. I focus on UX and customer experience (CX) design, brand consulting, and graphic design. I've embraced AI tools to streamline my workflow and uncover valuable insights from data and feedback. This blend of creativity and technology fuels my excitement for crafting value for brands.
