- Achieve Monthly Sales goals through upsells, cold calls, recurring business and leads.- Meet Daily and Monthly Performance Metrics by answering and placing phone calls, answering and sending emails to leads and existing customers. - Assist in Accounting duties using Accounting Seed Software; process payments/issues credits and refunds.. - Maintain call logs and manage Customer Cases and Tasks in Salesforce. - Answer customers concerns and questions regarding their property and the services being provided.
