Supp. 2d 466 (E.D.N.Y. 2006) (dismissing securities fraud claims), Lemond v. Manzulli, et al., 2009 WL 1269840 (E.D.N.Y. 2009) (dismissing derivative claims), In re AllianceBernstein Mutual Funds Excessive Fee Litig., 2005 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 24263, *5, 24-26 (S.D.N.Y. 2005) (dismissing Investment Company Act claims) and In re Mutual Funds Investment Litig. (MDL, D. Md. 2004)); policyholder-side insurance coverage litigation (CSR Ltd. v. Federal Insurance Comp., et al. (D.N.J.) and Viking Pump, Inc. v. John Crane Inc. (Del.
