(S.D.N.Y.) and other actions); employment-related litigation, investigation and counseling (including EEOC proceedings and federal and state court matters); regulatory and internal investigations, including SEC, NYSE, FINRA (NASD), IRS, DOJ, FTC, MSRB, FinCEN, foreign corrupt practices, anti-money laundering and other compliance issues; securities litigation, including complex class and derivative actions involving public companies and claims under the ’33, ’34 and ’40 Acts (including In re New York Community Bancorp Securities Litig., 448 F. Supp. 2d 466 (E.D.N.Y. 2006) (dismissing securities fraud claims), Lemond v. Manzulli, et al., 2009 WL 1269840 (E.D.N.Y. 2009) (dismissing derivative claims), In re AllianceBernstein Mutual Funds Excessive Fee Litig., 2005 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 24263, *5, 24-26 (S.D.N.Y. 2005) (dismissing Investment Company Act claims) and In re Mutual Funds Investment Litig. (MDL, D. Md. 2004)); policyholder-side insurance coverage litigation (CSR Ltd. v. Federal Insurance Comp., et al. (D.N.J.) and Viking Pump, Inc. v. John Crane Inc. (Del.
