I am a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) with over 25 years of experience with Fortune 100 companies like United Parcel Service and Hertz Rent a Car as well as mid-sized companies such as Q.E.P. Co. Inc., Charter Schools USA, and Choice Legal Group. I have excelled at developing and leading numerous Human Resources Departments to include; planning and implementing recruiting programs, creation/updating of Company handbooks, policies and procedures. I also have a vast experience in HRIS conversion and implementation projects. I have successfully built 3 Human Resources Departments from the ground up as well as improved the functionality of 3 existing departments I’ve been asked to take over. As the Director of Human Resources for SHL Pharma; I oversee all functional aspects of the Human Resources, Payroll, Training and Information Technology Departments. As a resident of Deerfield Beach, I have been involved in numerous organizations to include Citizens Emergency Response Team (CERT), Citizens Observer Patrol (COP), an executive board member of the Deerfield Beach Chamber of Commerce, a founding member of the Deerfield Beach Economic Development Council, Deerfield Beach Rotary and Deerfield Beach Kiwanis. I look forward to serving the citizens of Deerfield Beach as their representative for the next 4 years.
