Other services include preparation of cash flow statements, accounting memos, accounting research, integration activities between various subsystems as well as new system integration.

Join the company on an interim basis in January 2007 and accepted position of VP and Controller in February 2008.Responsible for an Accounting department of seven. Experiences included US GAAP/Local GAAP/IFRS audited financial statements for 80 companies, conversion of general ledger system from US GAAP to IFRS, conversion of general ledger system from a December close to a March close, and close process from 10+ business days to 2 business days. Opportunities to document and account for business combinations, change in accounting for estimates, internal and external derivatives, internal and external service fees and expense between service and asset owning companies, liquidation and dissolution of over 20+ companies, and lease-in and lease-out transactions for over 60+ wholly owned subsidiaries.
