As a developer I worked on various applications and API endpoints. I mostly worked in PHP and a bit in Python. Some applications were running in AWS so I pretty much know my way around there too.Brockmeyer works agile, so I'm no stranger to Jira either ;)I also acted as product owner translating business wishes to the developers of a major PHP framework.I did my fair share of documenting IT processes and also set up a test environment and deployment strategy for a business critical application.

- Accelerating a financial startup from 3 to 50+ co-workers- Developing a PHP platform from scratch which is now the digital heart that manages 50K leads, 3K customers and 2 million euro’s in turnover a year from first contact until paid invoice- Responsible for maintaining an optimal Net Promoter Score and a <24 hour response time to all incoming calls and e-mails- Coordinating a team of 15+ sales employees on a daily basis- Aligning processes with our outsourced accounting partner for a smooth experience for our customers regarding invoicing and payment- Providing the MT with easy to read dashboards and reports to ensure planning & control- Overseeing all ICT related processes and making sure they meet all the stakeholders’ needs

Until 2021 I was still maintaining the application CAMtrack that I created in 2008 to ensure that business at the Nikon repair facilities still runs smoothly. At this moment the software is used at Nikon Service Points in Beverwijk, Hamburg, Berlin and Norderstedt.Every single repair case, from start to finish is managed using this application. It covers (among others):- keeping all customers informed about the status of their repair- sending price estimates- ordering parts- creating invoices- payment by SEPA DD or iDeal- feeding the global Nikon repair IT system- fast and intuitive management reporting- realised an API between Nikon and CoolBlueAll of this sculped to the wishes of the Nikon technicians and administrative staff, so CAMtrack makes it easy for them to deliver A-quality service as a brand like this deserves.

- team lead for the front office (6 persons)- coordinator/contact for Nikon NL, Nikon GmbH and Nikon Europe- responsible for the customer satisfaction (stabile between 90% - 95% according to weekly survey)- responsible for invoicing all warranty repairs each month (+/- 700K euro each year)- IT coordinator-creator of the PHP/MySQL application CAMtrack that has allowed +/- 40 users in NL/DE to serve +/- 40K Nikon customers a year from notification of receipt until invoice since 2008- implemented iDeal and SEPA payment methods

- helping 10 clubmanagers and their assistants to ensure timely payment of our many (25k+) members- keeping our members happy, also when something went terribly wrong- making sure our outsourced financial administration operates smoothly- optimizing the relationship with our collection agency to minimize costs and mistakes- working together with our IT partners on even better software and reporting- keeping our management team well informed with easy to read reports- having fun and enjoying working with the nicest people on the planet :)
