Experienced engineer with over 15 years of design, vehicle testing, and product development in the automotive and hydraulic system markets. I enjoy a working environment that is dynamic which will challenge me and allow me to work on a variety of projects and learn new things along the way. I work well in groups and am able to adapt to a variety of situations.I am primarily interested in the automotive and manufacturing industries, but am open to other engineering opportunities as well. Currently working on power train system integration at Spartan Motors with a focus on cooling system, engine, and aftertreatment design. Prior to that I enjoyed working on hydraulic systems at FEV, Inc. I’m a very “hands on” person so getting the chance to work in the field and participate in testing of components I've worked on is something I really enjoy.Specialties:- CAD (SolidWorks CSWA, Pro/E Wildfire, Unigraphics/NX, Autodesk Inventor)- FEA (SolidWorks Simulation, Pro/Mechanica, Ansys Workbench- GD&T- DVP&R, DFMEA- Michigan Commercial Drivers License, Class B- Eagle Scout
