Responsible for ensuring stock holding for multiple brands and output location’s is at agreed levels to meet service levels and stock holding targets. Providing forecasts to relevant stakeholders and ensure sales teams are aware of any potential issues within the supply chain.Key responsibilities and duties• Monitoring stock levels in a third-party logistics warehouse daily and placing orders when required on SAP EEC and liaising with the brand owner to ensure supply.• Monitoring pallet allocations and weekly stock turn figures to ensure targets are met and stock moves through in a timely manner.• Collating forecasts from account managers to ensure that we have sufficient stocks to meet both ongoing base forecast and promotional uplifts are accounted for.• Provide rolling forecast to the brand owners to enable them to plan production for the complex supply chain including locations such as Italy, Holland, Ireland, Turkey and Slovakia.• Identify and manage problem stocks too clear within agreed time scales and make commercially viable recommendations to clear.• Carrying out stock takes at 3rd party warehouses as needed.• Produce and distribute daily stock update reports for customer service and sales teams.• Assist in the set up and maintenance of all skus and ensuring that PIRs are accurate on the system• Work closely with the Finance team to resolve price queries and parked invoices.• Develop relationship with external brand owners to champion efficacy within the business and to move forward major projects such as new pack designs.

As a selling support manager of a 50,000 sq ft department store I have numerous responsibilities and areas of expertise including budget management and allocations of funds based on a sales participation model and budgeting for the forth coming year to ensure best possible placement for achieving a LFL growth. One of my first actions within the role was to conduct a full stock flow review which identified several opportunities including the launch of a dedicated store merchandising team with a aim of creating a compelling customer proposition though excelling in presentation standards. After launching this team we won the best small store in the south-west, Wales and northern Ireland. The before mentioned review included negotiations with key director stakeholders for funding to create a more efficient stock room layout. My reputation with this role means I am consulted on major projects including new store openings and risk reviews.Fulfilment is another key area within my role during my time at Debenhams I launched a new in store fulfilment operation with a turnover of £106k in only 17 weeks. This included a shop fit as well as recruiting staff and managing the function on a daily basis with key KPI's such as UTF which I maintained below 1% and a daily SLA.I manage a busy office with various responsibilities including legal compliance, stock management including PODS, banking of takings and cash reconciliation including investigation into overs and shortages on 20 POS terminals.The loss prevention function was another area I managed including mitigating both internal and external loss this was achieved with the use of store detectives in combination with an annual stock take. From this I would formulate our stock loss action plan and thus our store strategy for the year ahead. During my time within this role we increased our arrest rate by 25% but implementing new strategy's and loss combating techniques.

As the home ware supervisor I was responsible for a small but diverse team with several key KPI's including both quantitative and qualitative KPI's. During my time within the department our store was announced as the best store in the south west twice. It was during my time on the home department that I developed my passion for back of house functions and set my goal to become a selling support manager.

As a key member of the menswear team, I was responsible for every aspect of stock management in the department, from pre retailing, to effectively putting stock out on the shop floor to create a compelling customer proposition.
