Train Scientist in the Research and Development area of an integrated diagnostic point-of-care device. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining a multi-panel immunoassay chemistry and detection of multiple products that involves Staphylococcal Enterotoxin B, Yersinia Pestis, Anthracis Bacillus, B. Pertussis, EBV, Influenza A & B, etc. Expert in the scientific and instrumentation of PCR Assay Technology. Instrumental in the fluidic design and engineer development of multiple Vectrant Technologies.

Support and help lead a Research and Development team. Vital in the fluidic design and engineer development of multiple Vectrant Technologies. Instrumental in the research, design, analytical analysis, validation and oral presentation of each experimental project. Pertussis, EBV, and HSV1/2 Assay onto Vectrant’s Multi-Fluorophore platform. Experience in troubleshooting, defining parameter and some software modification of the Alpha Unit. Responsible for writing some of the initial SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) that help maintain a consistent scientific procedure. Active in giving weekly oral presentation and brainstorming scientific ideas with the company’s upper management.

Responsibilities include working on Silica Beads; Activation, Immobilization, Hybridization of beads. Conduct SEM images through an off-site laboratory. Instrumentation experiences include the FACS Cytometer, Ultra Imaging System, Absorbance Spectra and synthesis of oligonucleotides on the Expedite system.
